World Class Customer Service with Exceptional Product
I searched the internet for a couple of months for the perfect engagement ring for my now fiancée. I just could not find it. I did find a couple rings that came close (but had the wrong colors). James Allen was the only reputable jeweler that I contacted that was willing to make the customizations and did so for free.
I was very happy with the almost non existent delay time between correspondence with my jeweler and his expertise in helping me select the right diamond. Needless to say, the ring customized just for her is still getting praise from everyone she shows it to, and most importantly her.
There was a slight billing problem (James Allen said card was declined but the bank said they never tried to bill it). It took 1 business day (over the weekend) for them to resolve it. I'm not sure if it was the bank or James Allen, but in the end it didn't matter to me.

I'm a first-time ring buyer so I had to do a lot of studying. James-Allen website was informative and had several guarantees (e.g. satisfaction and ring size). Plus the process of choosing a custom ring was straight forward. I had no problem at all learning how to choose and buy a good ring.
Thanks to the wide collection of rings and diamonds, I got a white gold ring with a solitaire diamond exactly the way I wanted. I loved the way you can customize the ring and diamond to suit your needs.
My wife loved it when I proposed. What else can I say?

The customer service at James Allen was great. They helped me with my questions and explained things that I didn't know without making me feel stupid. They helped me step by step on what i needed to do with ordering and payment options. The products are high quality for low price. The website was also very easy to use.
